With Winter fast approaching, the mercury dropping and a vast array of not so fun viruses lurking, I'm all about packing as many nutrients into your diet as you possibly can. I've also started juicing so I wanted to address all of the questions I regularly get about the difference between a juice and a smoothie.

The health and well-being of my clients and society as a whole, is a priority to me. So I have made the difficult decision to temporarily put a hold on face-to-face appointments, in light of the growing cases of COVID-19 and government shutdowns.

It’s been difficult to know how much of the hype to buy into over coronavirus. We definitely don’t need to be stockpiling toilet paper, that much I can tell you right off the bat.
