This is so easy it almost isn't even a recipe. But its a fun way to spruce up your corn on the cob, making it something a bit special.
Ingredients
- 4 cobs of corn
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 lime
Directions
While your corn is cooking add salt, garlic powder, nutritional yeast and cashews to a blender. Blitz until a thick crumb forms. You can store this in the fridge in an airtight container for a week.
Sprinkle your corn liberally with your cheesy mixture and finish with a squeeze of lime.
