This healthy gut boosting dessert is simple to make and great for those evenings when you know you feel like a little something sweet but don't want to reach for the 'hardcore dessert' options.

I make my shakshuka differently every time. This time though, I added a secret ingredient that made it even better! I also cooked it lower and slower than usual which gave it such a wonderful caramelised flavour.

This is Winter comfort at it's finest, without even having to leave the house. Also, you probably have most of these ingredients living in your kitchen so it also makes for a great quick, lazy dinner.
