This is a low carb take on my usual cannelloni recipe. Its absolutely delicious and not hard to make at all. Even the fussier of my two kids demolished this and begged me to make it again.

I love recipes that are packed full of flavour, and I love them even more if they are quick and easy. This recipe for teriyaki salmon ticks all of those boxes and a bonus one - you can prepare it as long in advance as you like. In fact, the longer you leave your salmon sitting in the marinade, the better it will taste.
