This is Winter comfort at it's finest, without even having to leave the house. Also, you probably have most of these ingredients living in your kitchen so it also makes for a great quick, lazy dinner.

This one is an easy, warm, comforting and deeply satisfying twist on nachos. Its just that little bit healthier without the saturated and trans fats from corn chips, and without the wraps its a bit less refined too. I promise you though, it isn't lacking in deliciousness.

I love ruby grapefruit and its the perfect time of year to be adding them to everything as they are in season and taste amazing. Don't assume that because they are a fruit they don't belong in salad, either. They will 100% lift your salad game.
